Power class: 3 – 40 hp With its Booster series in the 3 – 40 hp output power range ALMiG provides a comprehensive product range of piston compressors, the main application is to higher the existing pressure of screw compressors up to 600psi(g) (aftercompression) by just adding this additional unit behind your existing compressors. Boosters are used in applications where precompressed air of 75 - 190psi(g) is available and you are in need of higher pressure if up to 600psi(g). This is simple and safe and furthermore it is not expencive so that you do not need to invest in a high pressure network! ALMiG Boosters are distinguished by a compact design and a clear, easy-to-service structure. They are known for economical compressed air generation and a long service life, also in three-shift permanent operation. The slow-running, air-cooled compressors (rotational speeds of 600 to 1,450 min-1) can be adapted to almost any kind of operating conditions thanks to a well-conceived modular principle. The standard versions are designed for prepressures of between 75 and 190 psi inlet pressure. Other prepressures are available on request.
