The SABMB6 is a 6-channel printed circuit board designed to balance up to six supercapacitors in series using ALD9100XX SAB MOSFETs. It is a blank FR4 PCB with three 8-lead SOIC footprints for mounting ALD9100XX devices, measuring 0.6 in. by 1.6 in. with mounting holes. The board supports cascading multiple units to balance larger supercapacitor stacks and includes optional TO277 footprints for external Schottky rectifiers to clamp transient currents. It is rated for an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and complies with RoHS standards.

SABMOSFETs are exclusive EPAD® MOSFETs that address leakageand voltage balance of supercapacitor cells connected in series.
