The ALD310700APCL is a quad precision P-channel EPAD® MOSFET array with zero threshold voltage (VGS(th) = 0.00V ±0.02V) designed for ultra-low voltage analog applications below 0.5V. It is packaged in a 16-pin plastic DIP and operates from 0°C to +70°C. The device features a typical offset voltage of 2mV, sub-threshold operation with less than 1nA bias current, and excellent matching of transconductance and temperature characteristics. It meets RoHS standards.
