The TECRL-633-USB is a thermoelectrically cooled red laser module operating at 633 nm with an output power range of 10 to 75 mW. It features a single transverse mode, beam diameter of 5 mm, and divergence less than 0.5 mrad. The laser maintains power stability better than 0.5% and beam pointing stability within ±10 mrad, with warm-up time under 1 minute. It operates from a 3.3 V DC supply drawing less than 1 A. The module integrates a TEC and controller in a compact cylindrical housing measuring 25.3 mm in diameter and 76.2 mm in length, with USB and RS-232 interfaces for control. Operating temperature ranges from +10°C to +40°C, and storage temperature from -40°C to +80°C. The laser is classified as a Class IIIB semiconductor module and requires external heat sinking for extended use.
