The TD42 series of rotary dampers is a zinc alloy-based partial rotation damper designed for high-rigidity applications with horizontal use torque up to 8.83 N·m. It features a 120° opening angle, approximate weight of 220 g, and allowable radial load of 9.8 N. Damping direction is selectable as clockwise (CW) or counterclockwise (CCW), with closing time between 5 and 25 seconds. The damper is RoHS compliant and achieves durability of 30,000 cycles for the 90K variant and 50,000 cycles for others. Mounting dimensions include a Ø41 mm housing, Ø12 mm shaft, and two M5 mounting holes. Operating temperature range and torque stability are validated per performance management testing under ambient conditions.
