The QPC6742 is a 75 Ohm Silicon on Insulator (SOI) single-pole, four throw (SP4T) switch designed for use in CATV, satellite set top, and other high-performance communications systems. It offers a high isolation symmetric topology with excellent linearity and power handling capability. No blocking caps are necessary on the RF ports. QPC6742 is packaged in a convenient 1.8 mm x 1.8 mm QFN package.
