QM55011 is a multi-mode RF front-end (RFFE) module supporting for NB-IoT1/2, Cat-M1/2 and NTN Non-Terrestrial-Netw
orks application. The module supports LB (663MHz – 915MHz) and MB (1695MHz – 2010MHz). It includes integrated TX harmonic rejection LPFs and an antenna switch with an auxiliary TX/RX paths which can support 2G power handling and a broad frequency range for bolt-on power amplifiers(PAs). QM55011 band select and bias are programmed through a Mobile Industry Processor Interface (MIPI).
