The design and construction provide a flexible alternative in electronic drives and control systems. Special circuits are integrated to protect the piezo element from voltage spikes and excessive voltages. This amplifier is well suited for sub-nm positioning tasks due to a very low voltage noise of only <3mVRMS. The easy adaptation of the output voltage and current to the customer´s system makes a variety of applications possible.
