PI (Physik Instrumente) L.P. Precision Rotation Stage M-060 / M-061 / M-062

The M-060, M-061, and M-062 precision rotation stages are closed-loop, unlimited-travel devices with backlash-compensated worm drives and crossed roller bearings, designed for high-resolution angular positioning in applications such as metrology and photonics. Each model features a 360° rotation range, a DC gear motor, and an incremental rotary encoder with 2000 counts per revolution providing A/B quadrature RS-422 signals. The M-060 has a 60 mm diameter and 20 mm aperture, the M-061 is 100 mm with a 35 mm aperture, and the M-062 is 120 mm with a 45 mm aperture. Maximum angular velocities are 16°/s, 9°/s, and 7.5°/s respectively. All models operate on 12 V, consume up to 3 W, and use a D-sub 15 connector. Operating temperature is -10 to 40 °C. The stages include a Hall effect reference switch and are compatible with C-863 or C-884 controllers.
