The TF1 series is a line of touchless linear position sensors using inductive technology to measure positions up to 1000 mm in 100 mm increments. Mounted via adjustable clamps, it features an anodized aluminum housing and IP67 protection with a GORE membrane for pressure equalization. Operating temperature ranges from -40 to +85 °C ( -40 to +75 °C for CANopen). It supports analog, SSI, CANopen, and IO-Link interfaces with a 4-pin, 5-pin, or 8-pin M12 connector. Reproducibility is up to 5 µm, offset tolerance is ±2 mm, temperature coefficient is below 15 ppm/K, maximum speed is 10 m/s, and acceleration is 200 m/s². Shock and vibration resistance complies with IEC 60068-2-27 and IEC 60068-2-6. Weight is 220 + 1.1 × B grams, where B is the measuring range in mm.
