Nexperia B.V. 50 V, 100 mA NPN general-purpose transistors 2PD601ASL-Q/GR

NPN general-purpose transistors in a small SOT23 (TO-236AB) surface-mounted plastic package measuring 2.9 mm x 1.3 mm x 1 mm, with a 1.9 mm pin pitch. Rated for a collector-emitter voltage of 50 V and a continuous collector current of 100 mA, with a peak collector current of 200 mA. The device has a DC current gain range of 290 to 460 at V_CE = 10 V and I_C = 2 mA, and a collector-emitter saturation voltage of up to 250 mV at I_C = 100 mA and I_B = 10 mA. It is qualified to AEC-Q101 for automotive applications and operates from -55 °C to 150 °C ambient temperature. Total power dissipation is 250 mW at 25 °C ambient with a standard PCB footprint.
