The F-MFD-C-5FC is a 5 meter graded-index multi-mode fiber optic patch cord with protective jacket and FC connectors at both ends. It is optimized for transmission at 850 and 1300 nm and has a 62.5 μm core and 125 μm cladding diameter. Cabled patch cords have a 900 μm outer jacket, surrounded by a layer of Kevlar® strands for added strength and protection. An outer PVC cable jacket, 3 mm in diameter, provides additional environmental protection and an operating temperature of -20°C to +80°C. You can specify the fiber type, length, jacketing, and input and output connectors. The standard patch cables are available in several different lengths and connector types. These fibers have an inner jacket surrounded by a layer of Aramid yarn for extra protection.
