NKK Switches Illuminated Low Profile Process Sealed Tactile JB15HBPE-BF

The JB15HBPE-BF is an illuminated low-profile, process-sealed tactile switch with high operating force, featuring a framed snap-on cap with white frame and clear lens. It has a single pole, single throw (SPST) normally open circuit, straight PC terminals, and a dome contact for crisp tactile feedback. The switch operates with a nominal force of 2.65N and has a total travel of 0.300mm. It supports 125mA at 24V DC for resistive loads, with contact resistance under 50 milliohms and insulation resistance over 500 megohms. Electrical and mechanical life is rated at 1,000,000 operations minimum. The case and base are made of glass fiber reinforced polyamide and PBT, UL94V-0 rated. Terminals conform to a 2.54mm PCB grid, and the operating temperature range is from -25°C to +70°C. The rubber seal enables resistance to contamination and compatibility with automated soldering and cleaning.
