NKK Switches Illuminated Low Profile Process Sealed Tactile JB15HBPC-BB

The JB15HBPC-BB is an illuminated, low-profile, process-sealed tactile switch with high operating force, designed for logic-level circuits. It features a flat snap-on cap with a white button and white frame, a short actuator, and straight PCB terminals. The switch has a contact resistance of 50 milliohms maximum, insulation resistance of 500 megohms minimum at 250V DC, and dielectric strength of 250V AC for one minute. It supports 1,000,000 electrical and mechanical operations minimum, with a nominal operating force of 2.65N and total travel of 0.300mm. The actuator is glass fiber reinforced PBT, the case and base are glass fiber reinforced polyamide (UL94V-0), and the seal is nitrile butadiene rubber. Terminals conform to a 2.54mm PCB grid, with soldering recommended per Profile A. Operating temperature ranges from -25°C to +70°C, and it meets UL94V-0 flammability standards. It is not UL- or CSA-recognized.
