NKK Switches Ultra-Thin DIP Rotary Switch FD02FR16H-S

The FD02FR16H-S is a surface mount ultra-thin DIP rotary switch with hexadecimal decoding, screwdriver actuation, and gull-wing terminals in a right-angle orientation. It measures 7.7mm square and 3.2mm high, with soldering compatibility up to 250°C peak temperature for two reflow cycles. The switch has a resistive load rating of 0.4VA maximum at 20V AC/DC, 100 milliohms maximum contact resistance, and 1 GΩ minimum insulation resistance at 250V DC. It operates reliably between -25°C and +85°C and maintains 10,000 mechanical and electrical operations minimum. Gold-plated corson alloy contacts and PPS resin housing ensure durability. Packaging meets EIA-481-D standards, and coplanarity is maintained within 0.1mm.
