NKK Switches Ultra-Thin DIP Rotary Switch FD02FR16H-R

The FD02FR16H-R is a surface mount ultra-thin DIP rotary switch with gull wing terminals, measuring 7.7mm square and 3.1 to 3.3mm in height. It features gold-plated corson alloy contacts, a PPS resin body, and operates reliably through reflow soldering with a peak temperature of 250°C. Electrical ratings include a maximum 0.4VA resistive load at 20V AC/DC, 100 milliohms maximum contact resistance, and 1 GΩ minimum insulation resistance at 250V DC. The switch accepts 16 positions, has a mechanical and electrical life of 10,000 operations, and is rated for operation from -25°C to +85°C. Coplanarity is maintained within 0.1mm. Packaging is tape-reel for right-angle variants, with 500 units per reel.
