NKK Switches Process Sealed Subminiature Toggle A18KP-AF

The A Series is a family of process-sealed subminiature toggle switches designed for low-voltage, low-current logic-level applications. The switches feature a totally sealed body construction to prevent contamination, with .100" x .100" (2.54mm x 2.54mm) terminal spacing compatible with standard PCB grids. They offer contact ratings of 0.4VA maximum at 28V AC/DC, a contact resistance of 50 milliohms maximum, and an insulation resistance of 500 megohms minimum. Mechanical life is 100,000 operations for On-None-On and On-Off-On circuits, and 50,000 for others. Electrical life is rated at 50,000 operations. The operating temperature range is -30°C to +85°C, and the toggle angle of throw is 26°. Terminals are designed for wave soldering, and the toggle mechanism features an STC contact design for enhanced reliability. The case is made of glass fiber reinforced polyamide, with phosphor bronze contacts featuring gold plating.
