The A Series is a family of sealed subminiature rocker switches designed for low-voltage, logic-level circuits. The switches feature a subminiature footprint with 2.54mm x 2.54mm terminal spacing, matching standard PCB grid patterns. They are constructed with a glass fiber reinforced polyamide housing, phosphor bronze contacts with gold plating, and nickel-plated brass actuators. Electrical ratings include a maximum resistive load of 0.4VA at 28V AC/DC, contact resistance of 50 milliohms max, and insulation resistance of 500 megohms min at 500V DC. The switches operate with a 26° angle of throw, nonshorting contact timing, and a mechanical life of 100,000 operations for On-None-On and On-Off-On configurations. Operating temperature ranges from -30°C to +85°C. Soldering is compatible with wave and manual methods, and the housing is fully sealed for automated cleaning. No UL or CSA recognition is claimed.
