The BFCW-252+ is a surface-mount LTCC bandpass filter with a 2400 to 2500 MHz passband and 50Ω impedance, designed for applications including WLAN, Bluetooth, and Zigbee. It features 3.0 dB typical insertion loss within the passband, 20 dB minimum lower stopband rejection up to 1860 MHz, and 30 dB typical upper stopband rejection from 3200 to 8000 MHz. The filter operates from -55°C to 125°C, supports up to 0.5 W RF input power at 25°C (derating to 0.1 W at 125°C), and is housed in a 0603 ceramic package measuring 1.60 x 0.79 x 0.61 mm with wrap-around terminations. The part is RoHS compliant and aqueous washable.
