The optris CSvideo 2M is a two-wire infrared thermometer for measuring temperatures from 250 °C to 1600 °C in metals and ceramics, featuring video sighting, a patented crosshair laser, and manual focusing. It has an IP65 rating, operates in ambient temperatures from -20 °C to 70 °C, and weighs 600 g. The sensor offers analog outputs of 4-20 mA and a 0-30 V alarm, with digital USB 2.0 and optional Ethernet connectivity. Spectral range is 1.6 μm, optical resolution is 150:1 for the 2ML or 300:1 for the 2MH variant, and response time is 10 ms.
