Keystone Electronics Corp. 4.5" (120mm) Fan Guard Assembly 8460

The 8460 is a plastic fan filter assembly designed for a 4.500" (120mm) customer-supplied fan. It includes a guard, polyurethane foam filter media (30PPI), and a snap-fit ABS retainer, all made of UL 94V-0 rated material. The assembly meets the UL .250 (6.4) plug gauge test and features countersunk mounting holes with a center-to-center spacing of 4.125" (104.8mm) and a hole diameter of .180" (4.6mm). The guard height is 4.870" (123.7mm) and the total thickness is .420" (10.7mm). The filter allows free air passage with minimal resistance and pressure drop, and the retainer enables easy media removal for cleaning without disturbing the guard.
