Nylon retaining spacers are hinged standoff spacers designed to grip the outside of a screw shank for pre-assembly applications, reducing final assembly time. Part 2381 is a .125 inch (3.2 mm) long spacer with an outer diameter of .375 inch (9.5 mm) and a clear hole sized for a #8 screw. The spacer is made of nylon and accepts a screw shank without threading.
