XENSIV™ - TLE4961-1M is an automotive qualified Hall effect latch for applications such as position detection in seat belts The Infineon Hall-effect latch TLE4961-1M offers superior supply voltage capability, operating temperature range and temperature stability of the magnetic thresholds. The sensor comes in a a small SMD package, SOT 23 and is qualified according to AEC-Q100.
