Introducing the new member of the Power PROFET™ + 12 V family, the BTS50010-1LUA is a 1.0 mΩ single channel smart high-side power switch, embedded in a 8 pin TO-leadless package, providing protective functions and diagnosis. It features Reverse ON functionality protecting the device in reverse polarity condition (reverse battery). The power transistor is built by a N-channel power MOSFET with charge pump. It is especially designed to drive high current loads up to 42 A, for applications like heaters, glow plugs, fans and pumps in the harsh automotive environment.
