ThermaView™ software is Thermatool’s most powerful diagnostics software for real-time graphical display of welder operating conditions. In the event of a fault, ThermaView software diagnostics help operators and engineers determine possible causes and recommended corrective actions. ThermaView welder diagnostics software also provides historical trending of weld parameters and early warning of any adverse welder conditions that could result in a system shutdown. The welder operator has direct access to a diagnostics screen and at any time can view real-time PLC analogue input and digital input/output values. If there is an application fault, ThermaView™ software describes the nature of the fault, its possible cause and, most importantly, the recommended corrective action.
