The 371DST-012-024A is a double-flash hazardous location strobe light with a Type 4X and IP69K-rated enclosure, rated for Class I, Division 2, Groups A, B, C, and D; Class II, Division 2, Groups F and G; and Class III, with a T2 temperature classification. It operates at 12-24 Vdc, draws 1.90 to 3.00 A, and produces 1,000 effective candela at 80 double flashes per minute, with a peak intensity of 750,000 cd. The unit features a polycarbonate dome and ring assembly, a conformal-coated PCB, and electrostatically coated black epoxy base for corrosion resistance. It supports surface or 1-inch NPT pipe mounting, measures 11.38 inches in height and 9.25 inches in diameter, and weighs 6.23 lb. The part is available in amber lens color.

Model 371DST is a double-flash strobe housed in a Type 4X enclosure. At 80 flashes per minute and 1,000 effective candela, the Commander® is the largest strobe signal in the Federal Signal product line.
The dome and ring assembly simply screws on, allowing for quick access to the strobe tube and printed circuit board.
The base of the Commander features electrostatically applied black epoxy paint for greater corrosion resistance. The 371DST can be surface or 1" NPT pipe mounted. It is wired through the pipe mount opening on the bottom of the light or through side knockouts.
