Exceed,Ñ¢ Stiff m 3527.PA is a metallocene polyethylene copolymer, specifically an ethylene 1-hexene copolymer, designed for high-performance film applications. It exhibits high modulus, excellent tensile strength, and outstanding impact and puncture resistance, making it suitable for demanding applications such as cast stretch films, diaper backsheets, and hygiene films. The product has a density of 0.927 g/cm¬= and a melt index of 3.5 g/10 min, indicating good processability. Film properties include a tensile strength at yield of 1500 psi in the machine direction and 1400 psi in the transverse direction, with elongation at break values of 530% and 750%, respectively. The product does not contain intentionally added Tris(nonylphenol)phosphite (TNPP) and is thermally stabilized. It is available in pellet form and can be processed into various film structures.
