The SANTEST GYDC-05 controller provides digital position output with 1 μm resolution and supports parallel, SSI, or A/B incremental output, along with analogue position or velocity output. It operates from a +24 VDC ±5% supply, draws ≤160 mA, and functions within 0 °C to +65 °C. The unit mounts on a DIN 35 mm rail and includes alarm output for cable disconnection or magnet drop. Analog outputs are 0-10 V or 4-20 mA for position, and ±10 V or 4-20 mA for velocity, with 16-bit resolution. Sampling rate reaches up to 3.75 kHz, limited by probe stroke. Designed for use with GYMR6, GYSE-R, GYcRS, GYMR5, GYFRS, GYKM-RS, GYKMR, GYRHP-MR6, GYMS, GYGS, GYPM, GYHR, GYHTR, GYcRP, GYKM, GYPMR, and GYPE2K probes.
