The Environics® Series 2020 Computerized Gas Dilution System generates precise gas standards for multi-point calibration of emissions monitors. It dilutes high-concentration cylinders to concentrations from high percent to low ppm, meeting EPA 40 CFR Part 51 Method 205 Appendix M. The system uses up to six NIST-traceable mass flow controllers in a single chassis with electropolished stainless steel wetted surfaces and gas-compatible elastomer seals. Available in bench top (17" x 7" x 23.5") or 19" rack-mount configurations. Operates on 115 VAC or optional 220 VAC, drawing up to 3 amps. Features a 25-line by 80-character LCD display, internal memory for 200 calibration recipes, and optional RS-232 interface. Concentration accuracy is ±1.0%, flow accuracy ±1.0%, and repeatability is ±0.05%. Operating temperature range is 32°F to 122°F (0°C to 50°C).
The Environics® Series 2020 Continuous Emissions Monitoring Calibration System (CEMCS) automatically generates precise gas standards for rapid multi-point and multi-scale calibration of Continuous Emissions Monitors (CEM's). The Series 2020 precisely dilutes high concentration Protocol-1 or certified gas cylinders to an infinitely variable range of concentrations from high percent's to low parts per million. The instrument meets or exceeds the performance requirements of the United States EPA 40 CFR Part 51 Method 205 Appendix M.
