CdZnTe probe is consisting of CZT crystal, low noise charge sensitive preamplifier and SK molding circuitry. The probe has features of high energy resolution, high sensitivity, small volume, light weight etc., it is mainly used for low-energy X and gamma ray energy spectrum measurement.
