The ECS-2018 series is a subminiature SMD clock oscillator designed for high-density applications, operating at 1.8V with a 2.5 x 2.0 mm footprint. It offers frequencies from 0.750 to 50.000 MHz and includes frequency stability options of ±100, ±50, or ±25 PPM. The operating temperature range is -10°C to +70°C for standard variants, and -40°C to +85°C for the N-option. Input voltage is specified from +1.71 to +1.89 VDC, with standby current of 10 μA when disabled. Output is HCMOS with a 15 pF load, and rise/fall times are 10 ns. The device is RoHS compliant with a ceramic base, metal lid, and AuSn sealing. Pin 1 enables tri-state control via VIL/VIH thresholds.
