The ECS-2018 series is a subminiature SMD clock oscillator with a 2.5 x 2.0 mm footprint, operating at 1.8V. It supports frequencies from 0.750 to 50.000 MHz, with frequency stability options of ±100, ±50, or ±25 ppm. The standard temperature range is -10°C to +70°C; the N option extends this to -40°C to +85°C. Input current is 2.5 mA at 0.75-30.000 MHz, 3.0 mA at 30.1-40.000 MHz, and 3.5 mA at 40.1-50.000 MHz. Output is HCMOS with 15 pF load, 10 ns rise/fall times, and 45/55% symmetry. Stand-by current is 10 µA. The device has tri-state control, 150 ns disable delay, and 10 ms startup time. It is Pb-free and RoHS compliant, with a ceramic base and metal lid.
