Anti-backlash Acme nuts made of acetal with PTFE are designed for use with Acme lead screws, offering reduced backlash and smooth operation. The AB22SN-75101AB is a 3/4-10, single-start nut with an outside diameter of 1.750 inches, an overall length of 3.000 inches, and a minimum length of 2.500 inches. It operates within a temperature range of 32°F to 180°F and is compatible with the AB250F-100 flange. The nut has a static load capacity of 1500 lbf and a design drag torque of 10 to 20 oz-in. A preload of 0.600 inches is specified for this model.
