The 22DCP Athlonix series is a 22 mm diameter brush DC motor with precious metal commutation, designed for applications requiring up to 6.5 mNm continuous torque. It features a 9-segment commutator, a maximum continuous speed of 10,000 rpm, and operates from -30°C to 85°C. The 209E variant has a nominal voltage of 36 V, a terminal resistance of 71.7 Ω, a no-load current of 6.1 mA, a stall torque of 16.39 mNm, and a maximum continuous torque of 6.0 mNm. The motor weighs 58 g and has sleeve bearings, with a radial shaft load capacity of 1.5 N and axial shaft load of 100 N. Rotor inertia is 4.56 g·cm², and efficiency is 79% at maximum output power of 4.1 W. An optional ball bearing version is available.
