The 40EC-Pro PT 44 8B brushless DC slotless motor is a 40mm diameter, 44mm long motor designed for high-speed, high-torque applications such as power tools. It operates at a nominal voltage of 18 V, delivers a maximum continuous power of 150 W, and achieves a no-load speed of 26,500 rpm at 18 V. The motor has a maximum continuous torque of 120 mNm, a phase-to-phase resistance of 0.026 ohms, and a back EMF constant of 0.67 V/1000 rpm. It features ball bearings with 16 N preload, a maximum winding temperature of 125 °C, and a thermal resistance of 1.54 °C/W. The motor weighs 230 g and includes three Hall sensors with 120° electrical phasing. The case confirms mounting via four M3 through holes with a maximum screwing length of 4 mm.
