We are pleased to inform you that we are introducing several new Angle Grinders that are suited for grinding and/or cutting disks with a diameter of 180 mm (7“) and 230 mm (9“).
These 2.5 kW grinders enhance our already extensive product range of 2.3 kW geared Angle Grinders with air motors – Models No. GA 818-230BX, GA 823-230BX.
Applications:
Deburr welding seams (ship building)
Cut gate sections (cast-iron engine blocks)
Cut thick-walled profiles (steel construction) etc.

Grinding in hard-to-reach areas (due to its reduced head height)
Advantages compared to previous grinders:
Features h igher power output (2,3 kW → 2,5 kW) , spindle lock has been moved next to the safety guard ( s imilar to the GAT Grinders) , increa sed gearing lifespan ( due to lubricated gearing instead of greased gearing ) , use of micro - filter in the safety valve to limit the pene tration of dirt particles . T he screw for the oil - refilling has been equipped with a magnet to entrap metal particles
