The PrevEx Model SNR705 is an industrial flammability analyzer that measures flammable vapor concentrations from 0 to 100% LFL using a heated flame cell. Its fully heated pneumatics system operates up to 270°C (518°F) to prevent condensation, with a response time under 1 second. It mounts directly to process ductwork and uses compressed air for sample aspiration without pumps. Power is 120 VAC (230 VAC optional), with four redundant Form A safety relays and two Form A SPST relays for Service Needed and Air/Fuel cutoff. It provides two 4-20 mA analog outputs and an RS-485 Modbus port for communication. The flame cell is explosion proof Class I, Division 1; the enclosure is TYPE 12/13. It is FM approved standard, with FMc optional.
