The Model SNR701 is an industrial flammability analyzer that measures total flammable vapor concentrations from 0 to 100% of the Lower Flammable Limit (LFL) using a heated flame cell. The pneumatic assembly is maintained at 60°C (140°F) to prevent condensation. It mounts directly to process ductwork with dimensions of 16" H × 12.1" W × 8.5" D. Power requirement is 120 VAC ±10%-15% at 50/60 Hz, with 400 W maximum draw; 230 VAC is optional. The flame cell is rated Explosion Proof Class I, Division 1 and the enclosure is TYPE 12/13. Standard outputs include two 4-20 mA analog signals, RS-485 serial with Modbus protocol, and six relays. Accuracy is ±3% of full scale or ±10% of applied gas, whichever is greater. Zero stability is ±1% in 30 days. The unit is FM certified with optional FMc.
