Clippard Modular 4-Way Delay Valve R-445

The R-445 is a 4-way, spring-return, fully ported 5-port delay valve with an adjustable needle valve connected in parallel to the pilot. A pilot signal at port 4 is delayed before actuating the valve and remains delayed after exhaustion, maintaining actuation until pilot pressure decays. It supports all 2-, 3-, and 4-way functions and includes an auxiliary pilot port (port 5) for volume addition or use as a bleed pilot. Flow is 9 scfm at 100 psig, with a minimum pilot pressure of 40 psig and a working pressure range of 0 to 150 psig. Operating temperature ranges from 32 to 180°F. Micro-gap construction ensures snap action with no blow-by, and a screwdriver slot needle adjustment deters tampering. The balanced design enables speed control at exhaust ports.
