The EVP series is a line of 2-way proportional control valves designed for precise air or gas flow regulation in applications such as analytical instruments, ventilators, and blood pressure monitoring. The valves feature a single moving part for low friction and long life, consume 1.9 watts at 73°F, and operate with input currents proportional to control signals. They are available in five orifice sizes, including 0.025 inch, and support maximum operating pressures up to 100 psig depending on orifice. Mounting options include inline and manifold configurations, with connection styles of #10-32 male or female threads. Seal materials are nitrile standard, with EPDM and FKM available. The part number E*-P-20-25-25 matches the series configuration for 0-20 VDC input, 0.025 inch orifice, and 25 psig maximum pressure, confirming inclusion in the series.
Clippard is pleased to offer the EVP Series Proportional Control Valve as part of our Electronic Valve product line. This product combines the features of the existing EV series valve—long life, low power, and Clippard's reputation for high quality components—with the additional capability of proportional control. The EVP series valve provides air or gas flow control, and varies the output flow based on the current input to the solenoid. The consistent gain of this valve provides a high degree of control for many applications.
