CHSR4 Series is a 4-pole, 6A forcibly guided relay with a 3NO+1NC contact arrangement, designed for safety-critical applications such as emergency shut-off and elevator control. It features forcibly guided contacts compliant with IEC61810-3, a PCB terminal mounting style, and dimensions of 40mm×13mm×24mm. The relay operates on 6-48VDC coil voltages with a coil power of 360mW, supports switching up to 250VAC/30VDC and 6A, and has a maximum switching power of 1500VA/180W. It meets cULus, TÜV, and CQC requirements, includes RoHS compliance, and offers flux-tight (RTII) or wash-tight (RTIII) enclosure options. Insulation strength is rated at 4,000 VAC between coil and contacts and 5,000 VAC surge withstand between contact sets. Electrical endurance is 100,000 operations for NO contacts and 50,000 for NC contacts under resistive load, with a mechanical endurance of 1,000,000 operations. Operate and release times are 20ms max. at nominal voltage.
