The CHSR2 Series is an 8A forcibly guided relay with 1 Form A and 1 Form B or 2 Form C contact arrangements, designed for safety-critical applications such as emergency shut-off and machine control. It features forcibly guided contacts compliant with IEC61810-3, a PCB terminal mounting style, and dimensions of 28.8mm × 12.4mm × 25.4mm. The relay supports coil voltages from 5 to 110VDC with 700mW coil power, switches up to 8A at 250VAC or 6A at 30VDC, and offers insulation resistance of 1,000MΩ min. Surge voltage withstand is 10kV between coil and contacts and 6kV between contact sets. It meets cULus, TUV, and CQC requirements, is RoHS compliant, and operates reliably between -40°C and +85°C. Enclosure options include vented (RTII) and sealed (RTIII) versions.
