350A high voltage direct current relay with 1 Form A main contacts and 1 Form A auxiliary contact, designed for energy storage, solar inverters, and charging systems. The relay features ceramic brazing sealed technology with hydrogen gas filling to ensure low and stable contact resistance, rated for continuous 350A load at 85°C and switching up to 1500VDC with a maximum breaking current of 2000A. It has an insulation resistance of 1000MΩ at 1000VDC and dielectric strength of 4.0kV between coil and contacts, meeting IEC 60664-1. Operate time is ≤50ms, release time ≤15ms, with mechanical endurance of 2×10⁵ operations. Mounting is via M6 screws with 6-8N·m torque, and the unit weighs approximately 900g. Coil operating voltages are 12VDC or 24VDC with connector termination. The relay is rated for ambient temperatures from -40°C to 85°C and meets IP67 protection for contacts.
