CHEV-P150D is a 150A high voltage direct current relay designed for applications in new energy vehicles, charging points, photovoltaic systems, energy storage, and industrial power. It features ceramic brazing sealing with hydrogen gas filling to prevent contact oxidation and ensure IP67 protection, with a contact resistance of ≤75 mΩ at 150 A and insulation resistance of 1000 MΩ at 1000 Vd.c. The relay supports switching voltages up to 750 Vd.c. and breaking currents up to 1200 A at 450 Vd.c., with a dielectric strength of 4.0 kV between coil and contacts, meeting IEC 60664-1. It operates within -40℃ to 85℃ ambient temperatures, has an operate time of ≤30 ms and release time of ≤10 ms, and is mounted via M5 screw terminals with dimensions of 76.0 mm × 36.0 mm × 66.8 mm.
