HS-VTN is a fluoroelastomer heat shrinkable tubing designed for protecting wires and cables in military and aerospace applications, offering superior resistance to corrosive chemicals, fuels, lubricants, acids, and solvents. It has a 2:1 shrink ratio, a recommended shrink temperature of 120°C, and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 200°C. The tubing is black, sold spooled, and has a longitudinal change of +0/-20%. It meets SAE AS23053/13 standards. Physical dimensions vary by size, with recovered wall thicknesses ranging from 0.030 in to 0.055 in and recovered I.D. from 1.57 mm to 15.88 mm. Standard packaging includes 100 ft per spool, with box quantities ranging from 150 ft to 1000 ft depending on size.
