Beswick Engineering Co., Inc. Back Pressure Regulator BPR

Description
"NOTICE: The part number scheme for the BPR series back pressure regulators has recently changed. Please view the update here. A back pressure regulator is a modulating device, set to maintain the operating pressure of the system upstream of the back pressure regulator. It contains a normally closed valve element, and is typically placed at the end of the fluid line. The regulator will crack open when pressures upstream reaches the set pressure (adjustable), allowing excess pressure to vent through the outlet port. When pressures drop slightly below the set pressure, the regulator will close again. Max Inlet Pressure Rating: The BPR can handle a maximum inlet pressure of 500 psi. Cracking Pressure Range: Maximum cracking pressure range 0-400 psi. Piston style regulators contain coil springs, and are especially well suited for applications requiring higher outlet pressures (minimum 10 psi). Materials: Brass , Aluminum or 303 stainless steel body. 300 series stainless steel adjustment shaft, springs, hex nuts, and internals. 410 stainless steel washers. Approximate Weight: 72g in brass and stainless steel and 33g in aluminum. Weight will vary slightly, depending on configuration. Porting: Eight different porting configurations are available. See images to the left for more information. Except for porting type 2, all regulators use 10-32 ports. Mounting: All models are supplied with a 15/32-32 thread, with two 9/16"" hex nuts and 2 washers for panel mounting. Flow Data"
