The Series 120R is a panel-mount solid state temperature controller designed as an electronic alternative to mechanical thermostats, offering faster response and improved accuracy. It accepts 115/230 VAC ±15% power input at 50/60 Hz, with a setpoint range of 0° to 500°F and a typical hysteresis of 2°F. The controller uses a Type J thermocouple sensor with fault protection that de-energizes the output on open or shorted sensor conditions. It provides a 24 VDC output to drive solid state relays, features a completely enclosed design, and is UL recognized (File No. E105669). The operating ambient temperature range is 0°C to 70°C (32°F to 158°F).
