The S4 Series is a 1/4 turn multi-voltage electric valve actuator which incorporates the latest advances in motor and control technology at an economical price. The S4 unit incorporates automatic voltage sensing and allows for AC or DC supply within each voltage range. The electronic torque limiter protects the actuator and the LED status lights allow for easier field diagnostics. The domed position indicator provides a visual indication of valve position. The DIN wiring connections allow the unit to be field wired without opening the actuator. Options include a plug-and-play analog to digital positioner and a battery “spring return” feature that allows the actuator to fail closed or fail open in the event of a power failure.
