The D2225UK is a silicon MOSFET for RF power amplification in HF/VHF/UHF communications from 1 MHz to 1 GHz, housed in an SO8 package measuring 4.06 mm × 5.08 mm × 1.27 mm. It supports push-pull operation with a minimum gain of 10 dB, drain-source breakdown voltage of 40 V, and continuous drain current of 4 A. The device dissipates up to 17.5 W with a maximum junction temperature of 200°C and thermal resistance of 6°C/W. It exhibits low input, output, and reverse transfer capacitances of 12 pF, 10 pF, and 1 pF respectively at 1 MHz. The part is RoHS compliant and rated for storage temperatures from -65°C to 150°C.
