The EKI-5729PI-AE is an 8-port Gigabit Ethernet switch with Power-over-Ethernet support, designed for industrial network applications requiring deterministic traffic control and wide temperature operation. It features eight 10/100/1000BASE-TX PoE ports and two additional Gigabit Ethernet ports, complying with IEEE 802.3af/at for PoE delivery and IEEE 802.3az for Energy-Efficient Ethernet. The switch supports Modbus/TCP for SCADA integration and SNMP for network management, with port-based QoS for traffic prioritization. It operates within a temperature range of -40 to 75°C and provides EMS Level 3 protection against electromagnetic interference. The device accepts redundant 12-24 Vdc power input with a 60 W PoE budget at 24 V and includes a P-Fail relay. Mounted via DIN-rail or wall-mount, it has an IP30-rated aluminum enclosure measuring 74 x 152 x 105 mm and meets UL 61010, CE, FCC Class A, and E-mark certifications.
